How SingAlong handles music you upload
SingAlong is a private analysis tool. Songs you upload and recordings you make are stored in your own private storage and are visible only to you and the processing systems working on your behalf. We do not publicly publish, share or distribute recordings, and there is no public sharing of uploads or outputs.
By uploading or recording music, you confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to use it with SingAlong for your personal purposes, including processing, storing and downloading the results. You remain responsible for that use. SingAlong does not grant rights in third-party material, and personal use does not by itself establish permission.
Report infringement (takedown)
If you believe material processed or stored via SingAlong infringes your copyright, send to info@delightdsgn.com with subject line “Copyright notice”:
- your name, address and email (or your agent’s);
- identification of the work you believe is infringed (title, artist, recording/lyric identifiers);
- enough detail for us to locate the material (the account email if known, and the song/asset name);
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and your contact consent statement;
On receipt we preserve the notice and the relevant records, verify it, and act promptly — including disabling access to the material concerned. We do not judge disputes between users and rightsholders; we provide the process and cooperate as the law requires.
Your own recordings
You own what you record through the app. You may download it; we only hold the copy you asked the Service to process, and deleting it (or your account) removes it from our servers.
